FREE SHIPPING. Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday. All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5-10 business days. We will utilize Zip Mail Service and packages will be delivered to your home or nearest post office depending on your location. Orders will be sent to the buyer’s address unless otherwise specified. Once your goods are issued to the courier, your order status will be updated and you will be notified via email.

Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.
Guidelines for receiving Zip Mail items:
Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders shipped outside of Jamaica can take anywhere from 3 days and up to 8 weeks to be delivered (depending on your chosen shipping method). Tracking will be provided for all international orders.
We will utilize International Express Mail Service (EMS).
Choose from three options to send your parcels overseas.
1. Ordinary Air is treated as priority and takes approximately 14 business days to reach the destination country.
2. Surface Air Lift (SAL) is a non-priority mail service and usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to arrive in the destination country.
3. Express Mail Service is offered to select countries and takes 3 – 5 business days to arrive in the destination country.
No matter what option you choose, you will be able to access online tracking and customer service assistance.
